Palo Santo or “Holy Wood”: Like frankincense, palo santo is known as a spiritual apothecary and is called holy wood. Used by the Incas to purify and cleanse the spirit from negative energies. Palo Santo is traditionally used for relieving common colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, inflammation, emotional pain and more.
Breu Resin: Extracted from the Almacega tree of the Amazon rainforest, scared Breu resin ("Breuzinho" of "White Breu") is used in healing rituals, to ward of evil spirits, and to create good energy. It also posses the property that causes regression experiences and conscious dreams after ritualistic use. Breu's aromatic resin is rich in alpha and beta-amyrina triterpenes, which posses anti-infammatory, analgesic, and gastro-protective properties.
